Ingredients
Flour 00, Water, Peeled tomatoes, Fior di latte (Milk, Salt, Rennet), Wheat semolina, Ricotta di bufala (Buffalo milk whey, Salt), Eggplant, Pecorino Romano (Goat’s milk, Salt, Rennet), Salt, Extra virgin olive oil, Basil, Yeast. May contain traces of: Soy and Mustard.

COOKING METHODS:
Crispy:
defrost the pizza and place it on the oven grid after preheating it at 220°C. Bake for 10 minutes. *
Soft: defrost the pizza and place it on the oven grid after preheating it at 180°C. Bake for 10 minutes.*
*You can also cook the frozen pizza by adding 1-2 minutes to the cooking time.
